  1. Made-to-Order Products: All our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. As a result, returns and exchanges may take several days to process from the time we receive your returned item.

  2. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive an incorrect product. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us at raissatheecreator@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns for items that are free from defects or damage, but are simply no longer desired. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, sizing charts, and images before placing your order.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please raissatheecreator@gmail.com. Provide your order details, including the reason for the return and any supporting information or images for defective or damaged items. Our team will guide you through the return process, providing instructions for returning the item.

  5. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags or labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  6. Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a refund or an exchange. If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you opt for an exchange, we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

  7. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an incorrect item received. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
